David Bradley, Canadian Trucking Alliance president, warns that the trucking industry “will have to pass increased costs along to their customers through fuel surcharges, rate increases, or a combination of both.” David Bradley, Canadian Trucking Alliance president, warns that the trucking industry “will have to pass increased costs along to their customers through fuel surcharges, rate increases, or a combination of both.”
