After more than 35 years within the Gift and Tableware Industry, Gerhild Somann, director of marketing for N.C. Cameron & Sons, Limited, has announced her retirement for May 2006.
She joined N.C. Cameron & Sons, Limited in 1982 as National Accounts Representative. In the late 80’s, she was promoted to Director of Marketing. During this time she also spearheaded The West Side Story marketing group that offers promotional support to gift and tableware companies in the greater Mississauga area.
Gerhild has not only left a lasting impression on everyone she has worked with and encountered over the years but she is very humble to thank everyone as well. “I enjoyed the privilege of working with and getting to know many wonderful people who have enriched my career immensely, and for this I thank each and everyone.”
