Getaway for the Weekend at the Fall 2008 FTD Canadian Florist Conference

FTD is proud to announce the Fall 2008 FTD Canadian Florist Conference will be held at the new upscale The Rosseau, A JW Marriott Resort and Spa in Minett, Ontario beginning from Nov. 7-9, 2008.

Last year’s show drew in hundreds of florists who were eager to network, attend educational programs and shop the expansive trade fair.  Again this year, this three day event will be filled with shopping opportunities, educational and business seminars, design shows and plenty of time for networking with fellow florists.

The preliminary schedule of events* for this exciting show is as follows:

Friday
7 – 9 pm                  Attendee Welcome Reception
                               Trade Sneak Preview       

Saturday
9am – 7pm              Attendee Registration           

9am – 5pm              Trade Fair   

9 am – 5 pm            Online Marketing One-on-One Sessions               

10:30am – 11:30am Mercury Technology Showcase

Noon                        Lunch & Design or Business Program

3pm – 4:30pm          Business Program

6:30pm – 7:30pm     Cocktail Reception

6:30pm – 7:30 pm    Trade Fair open       

7:30pm – Midnight    Dinner & Entertainment

Sunday
All Day                     Online Marketing One-on-One Sessions

9am – 12pm             Trade Fair
       
9am – 10am             Breakfast Buffet & Business Program
       
11am – 12pm           Mercury Technology User Group Meeting

12pm – 2pm             Lunch & Design Program
