Winner of first JTV/uBloom design contest announced
Written by Amanda Ryder
bethoreillyJTV and uBloom have named Beth O'Reilly, AIFD of The Flower Studio in Austin, Texas as the winner of the FIRST JTV/uBloom Design Contest sponsored by Van's Floral Products.

Beth received an all expense paid trip to the JTV Studios in Grand Rapids, Michigan to star on JTV with Host J Schwanke AIFD. She enjoyed a suite at the Amway Grand Hotel and dinner with J, Marian Hussey Van's Floral Products marketing director, and the JTV/uBloom Staff. As part of the winning package, Beth was allowed to select fresh flowers and supplies from the Van's Floral Products location in Walker, Michigan. Beth and J traveled back to the JTV Studios and filmed Beth as she recreated her winning Calla tower flower design for the JTV Viewers. The webisode premiered Aug. 18 on JTV on www.uBloom.com.

Second and third place prizes were also awarded to entrants. Bobbi Kopelman of Maui, Hawaii won a IPOD Nano loaded with her 10 favorite JTV Webisodes from the JTV archive of over 120 webisodes and a Van's Floral Products gift certificate. Kebbie Hollingsworth, AIFD, of Pensacola, Florida also won a Van's Floral Product gift certificate. All three contestants  have been featured uBloomers on the website. To view the winners interviews and see the winning projects visit www.ubloom.com

Nearly 100 contestants created and uploaded projects to the website at www.ubloom.com during the month of June. Voting took place for one week and all Registered uBloom Members were able to cast a single vote for their favorite project. The next JTV/uBloom Design Contest will be announced later this year on uBloom.
