"Does anyone else feel that the new HGTV show "Petal Pushers" is an unrealistic depiction of what a retail establishment in our industry is? It makes me want to jump off a bridge. But I can't stop watching it either!"

I totally agree. Wouldn't it be nice to get such orders all the time. The trouble is when people see this on tv they want the same ideas, however their budget is always far less. Maybe they need to be more upfront about pricing.
