In the May issue of
Canadian Florist, our By Design section featured designs by Cecilia
‘CC’ Roa, CPFD. Cecilia is the owner of Roa Floral and Event Designs in
Vancouver’s Coal Harbour.
For the By Design portfolio, Cecilia created several designs with a
wedding theme in mind. Here’s a web exclusive design by Cecilia that we
couldn’t quite squeeze into the magazine as well as more pictures of
the designs that appeared in the issue.

| Above and Below: The deconstructed Freedom and Black Baccara roses used in this design
create big-blossomed roses that make a one-of-a-kind statement.
Cymbidium orchids and Xanadu leaves add a tropical feel and the black
satin ribbon, adorned with rhinestones and chains, gives this bouquet a
dramatic final touch. |
