The 2009 edition of Garden & Floral Expo in Toronto took place Oct. 20-21, 2009. The first night of the show featured a design demonstration entitled Cocktails & Floral Design and was held in honour of the Canadian Academy of Floral Art. Els Tuinessen was the featured designer at the event and presented the audience with a number of techniques on designs that ranged from large scale centerpieces to small tussy mussy bouquets.
