Jan. 15, 2010 - With Valentine's Day less than a month away, now is the time to start marketing your promotions and specials to your customers. This year presents a unique opportunity and challenge as the occasion falls on a Sunday. What new and exciting things are you doing to draw in customers this year?

I would say that having lots of cash and carry would be important. Beautiful fresh bouquets are always a hit here on the Island. It makes it easier for the guys who weren't planning anything. Also, have everything ready for the Saturday as well. I'm sure most people will celebrate the night before.
