• 30-inch sheer number nine ribbon
• nine rhinestone heart crystals
• one shimmer wrap wristlet
Construction
• Components are glued onto the plastic disc found on all decorative wristlets.
• Cut one piece of ribbon 16 inches long and one piece of ribbon 10 inches long.
• Fold ribbon lengths in half and glue raw ends on the plastic disc.
• Feed hearts on the folded ends and glue in place.
• Glue galax leaf on disc.
• Make ribbon tufts from remaining ribbon and glue in position.
• Glue in open rose, rose buds and rhinestone hearts.
