Sept. 29, 2010 - Wascana Flower Shoppe of Regina has been named as a finalist for Saskatchewan's 2010 ABEX Service Award.
The shop was nominated because customers always come first to this flower shop. Wascana Flower Shoppe understands that they are dealing with customers' emotions and the staff is there for the good and bad times in a person's life.
Petra and Ewald Janssen are at the helm of the shop and are always ready to serve customers on the go. The florist is outfitted with a drive-through service for customers in a rush and the shop's website offers a range of services for its customers.
The winner of the award will be announced on Oct. 30, 2010 at an awards gala. The award is given out by the Saskatchewan Chamber of Commerce to honour outstanding achievements in business excellence in the province. In its 27th year, the ABEX Awards are Saskatchewan's most prestigious and longest running business award.
