Keynote Session: See Super Sales in Your Shop!

In two 45-minute sessions, floral industry icon Tim Huckabee will be presenting the Floral Strategies training program that he’s used in thousands of flower shops across North America and Europe. This methodology will empower your staff to paint a picture and sell a description of an arrangement using more professional language and by attaching a price range at the end. Expect to learn exciting new techniques that you can put into practice at your store immediately and see your average sales double and your repeat customer base grow, guaranteed!

Using Your Assets to Grow

It’s a unique business that can gather so much information about a customer by simply picking up the phone. This information is often ignored or forgotten, used incorrectly or worse yet, not gathered at all. Having and using a database provides the opportunity to increase the lifetime value of your current customers, and convert qualified leads into new customers. After wowing the attendees at CFBF West in Edmonton last year, FTD Canadian Technology Consultant Lenny Faustino is back to help you explore your clients through data. He’ll show you how to use this data to provide an elite level of customer service, to seek opportunities and to become more profitable.

Click here to learn more about these speakers and to register for the event. If you register by tomorrow, you'll receive our early bird rate of $50 (plus HST) as compared to $60 after the deadline or $66.67 at the door. We look forward to seeing you there!
