Trends to plan for include:
- Modern rustic (apparently not an oxymoron)
- High fashion romance, for those fairytale weddings
- Unusual (read: non floral) bouquets
- Patterns on top of patterns
- Lots of colour
- Garden roses, dahlias, sage and other hot flowers
